Yes — we provide supports Australia-wide, including metropolitan cities, regional areas, and remote communities. We work flexibly to ensure participants can access the support they need regardless of location.
Absolutely. All ATC support workers and coordinators hold current Working With Children Checks (WWCC) and have undergone thorough police background screening before commencing work.
We accept NDIS plan-managed, self-managed, and agency-managed funding. Our support coordinators can help you understand how to use your plan funding most effectively.
Yes. We believe in participant choice and control. We'll work with you to match you with a support worker who fits your personality, goals, and scheduling needs.
We offer 24/7 on-call support for urgent situations. Scheduled overnight and weekend supports are available and can be arranged as part of your regular support plan.
